Suzuka 8 Hour Test
Leon is off to Japan tomorrow to take part it in his first 8 hour test at Suzuka.
Having raced at Suzuka before in 2002 Leon is really looking forward to test there. The track has only changed a little with there being a couple of newchiccanes which Leon says should make it een more exciting. This first test he will join his chief mechanic Chris pike and friend johnny Rea with leon doing the first day and Johnny doing the second day. The actual race is at the end of July but before then Leon will be taking 3 furthere trips over to Japan, then next one he will be hopeing to take part in the 300k race as one of the official Honda riders. The decision will not be made untill after all the tests who will head up the official Honda teams for the 8 Hour Race so Leon has is fingers crossed he can have a good few tests.
Leon will be back in time for te Blade day at Donington which will be held on the Friday before the BSB. It will be a great day and a good chance to see some fantastic stunt riders and a chance to test the new Honda around the full GP circuit. Everyone is welcome.
